Google’s Little Signals concepts show what ‘ambient’ notifications could look like
Gently close your eyes. Feel the weight of your body pressing down on the chair or your cushion. Feel the floor under your feet as you begin to focus on your breath. Notice where you feel the breath. Notice how it feels. Count if it helps. One with the in-breath; two with the outbreath. Don’t worry if you become distracted by thought. Let thoughts come and go. Just return to the breath. There is nothing but this. Notice the slightest sound, the faint smell, the gentle breeze. Each a sign, just for you. Remember as you gently open your eyes.
