They’ve got better. I must say. I’m the first to admit that we’re probably a pain in the proverbial for them. Always have been. We know what we want and we’re not afraid to make that clear. And yes, I probably am on their list of “difficult” clients. I’m sure when the switchboard put me through, some of the team found something they needed to do on the other side of the office. Frankly though, it wasn’t easy at this end either. They were often defensive, evasive; didn’t know how to handle me. No, the new guy is much better.
