AlphaGo pushed human Go players to become more creative

They’re not easy to manage, sorry “work with”. We’re supposed to be working with them – combining our different skills, complementing each other. When the panic of the AI bubble in 2023 calmed down and we all realised AI was here to stay, the new wisdom was that the best way forward was to enable human-AI partnerships, the so called two-plus-two-equals-five philosophy. Humans would do what they did best, AI would play to its strengths. That works if we know what those capabilities and we can predict and manage them. But… Frankly they’re not. Those humans are behaving… well… weird.
