One advantage of being part of a global network is the experience you can call on. When I was made head of the new Practice, I had to hit the ground running. There were clients waiting, hype to capitalise on, bandwagons to jump on and, I like to think, expectations to be managed. Mine wasn’t the first Enhanced Intelligence Practice (we thought “Artificial” wasn’t the right image). So I reached out across the network. Contacts were great. Information, data, insights and “advice”. We all learn from each other now. Well we would, wouldn’t we? It’s what we were built for.
