We’re used to be being ‘looked after’. Company wearables have long been glowing red, yellow or green as we prepared for our 360PRA. We learned to manage those. Some breathing at important moments kept us within the right limits. Once the company started ‘looking after’ our moods, we figured out how to manage the smart keyboards and Monitors. Some acting training and the micro-tells were under control. The best of us could throw a couple of micro-expressions in to ensure all was within the norm. But this new Mentor? I just hope this mindfulness coach can help me stop thinking.
