It was actually my doctor who recommended it. Or at least the Doctor app. My stress stats were “sub-optimal”; orange to you and me. So the Doctor prescribed a gratitude journal. I was sceptical but my work’s People app made it clear it would be advisable so… Each night I have to identify and log three things I’m grateful for that day. What’s great is the free AI helps. It’s obviously with me all day so finding moments or things to be grateful for is easy. I must admit, I don’t remember spending “quality time” browsing for new shoes but…
