The playlist began as she logged in. The lights dimmed and the colour changed to the perfect levels. The desk lowered to the level set in her profile. Her office was ready. Designed, configured and managed from… somewhere. She sometimes tried to imagine where that algorithm was, where her profile was. She didn’t really care.
