David Droga on moving from being a creative in business to building a business on creativity

We began as a team. I was the creative one and I left all the strategic thinking stuff to my partner. It worked well. We got work when businesses realised they were getting added value. My creative work was better and I pushed the strategy in some interesting directions. We rose through the ranks as a partnership. Then we decided to go out on our own. Things started well but now there are strains. My partner has started into my area, saying they can do it all. I may have to look for a programmer to take a look.
