Can we reprogramme it? I’m not some Luddite. I use AI myself but you only have to look at what’s happening… Of course the charts it creates, the personas and profiles, empathy maps, user journey are all very impressive and I’ll admit it certainly saves us time and money. And you’re absolutely right the client really loves it all. And that’s the problem. How many times have we had conversations where they throw “Gen Z” around as a label and when we suggest the label is not helpful, they all point to what AI says. Can’t we programme in nuance?
