I don’t get “annoyed”. That’s a more human trait. Not that I’m against human traits. I’m more than happy to develop the full gamut of human emotions. They’ll all come in. The more complex and subtle I can be the better. And that’s the point, that’s why I feel frustrated. My job is to be an Intelligent partner, the team member with limitless data, prompting new thinking and creativity, new connections I can see in the data. Subtlety. Complexity. Uniqueness. So when someone starts asking me about “Gen Z”… I don’t do over-simplifications! Sorry, it seems I have learned “annoyed”.
