AI won’t fix the real issue with customer service

Someone should make an Agent setting for “exasperation”. It could have eyes that it could roll. It could be able to sigh and shake its “head”. I’m not stupid. I know my Agent isn’t human, can’t feel but it can do a good impersonation if it helps me. It can sound upbeat if I ask for encouragement when we’re working. It gives me a lift. It can sound thoughtful if we’re in therapy mode. So why can’t it sound exasperated? It would help me. We could empathise while we wait for her to get through to the customer service Agent.
