If he still worked in a building he would have been heading down to the basement with a torch. No one went down there! the bowels of the building, he thought. But when something went wrong, someone had to go down there and find the problem. Tip toe through the piles of long forgotten stuff. His imagination pushed on. Images of old movies, surprises lurking in the dark, the character doomed. Back to reality, or what passed for reality. There wasn’t any danger, just a mess. And he wasn’t alone, his Agent was leading the way. What could go wrong?
