He wasn’t a bad person. He was sure of it. He wasn’t a bad manager, the data showed that. He was hitting his targets. He wasn’t a luddite either. He had his Agent. I’m private he thought of it as a glorified PA but he used it. And there were all the other systems in the company, fine. But he was damned if he was going to be told how to manage by a bit of software. He’d been at this a long time. He knew what worked, what got results. Normal human feedback.
