Of course they modeled them in AI and had their Agents “interview” them: a cheap, fast process that pleased those who loved to change the parameters and watch the data visualisations appear. But the Agency still sent humans out into the real world to interview real decision makers. They meet them in situ, in real homes trying to understand their decision-making, their mindset. They had real conversations with the real Gen Agents.
