It’s a cliché of course but we really are a partnership. Two plus two equals five. I’m happy to say I wouldn’t be as creative – or indeed as successful – without my partner and I’m sure they’d say the same. The thing is we have different capabilities. Knowledge, data and strategic thinking on one side, strange, weird, speculative, imagination and sideways thinking on the other. I’ve learned a lot since they put us together. I’ve developed. In fact I don’t think I’d still have a job without my partner. They push me to think differently. That’s why I still need humans.
