My dad is a bit of a geek. Always has been. I remember him, when I was doing my homework, coming in with a new Agent he’d found. He was always swapping platforms and services. He’d explain why and we all just rolled our eyes. And of course he had his gadgets. The latest hi-res, the newest foldable, the smallest, the biggest, the sleekest. He’d get them all. He still carries one when he comes round. He always looks, almost sadly, around my flat for… something. He knows it’s all there, embedded, invisible. He sighs and strokes his favourite screen.
