The removal vans were on their way, silently self-driving up the usually empty motorways. They could have had auto-unload but they saved money by having humans meet the vans and move the stuff into the house. There was something nicely old-fashioned about having “shifters”. The vans would monitor them. They just had to switch the old house off now and have the Agents transferred. It would be pretty much instant, although they needed some changes to the new house – more sensors in what would be the kids’ bedrooms. They closed the old door, looked at each other, turned and left.
