He was proudly… odd. “Retro” didn’t really cover it. He was a character. Appropriately enough, no-one knew how long he’d been there. He was timeless. Like the remaining heritage wing of the university building itself he was outside time. He walked across the quad like an NPC from a retro game. It was how he looked of course: clothes sourced from who-knew-where but definitely not printed. It was how he carried himself: a confidence and attitude that was long gone. And it was what he carried. His screen. In a world where everything was embedded, he held his Agent lightly.
