The union rep was a human. She had Agent support of course but he was glad that a human could make his case to the Tribunal Agents. She was used to it. He wasn’t sure he wanted the job back. He was most concerned about the reference on his ID. He could already see the algorithms downgrading him. He needed to clear the feed or he’d never get another job or anything else. His rep had the story clear! The work was sub-standard, agreed. But it wasn’t him that was not good enough, it was the Agent he was given.
