The Agent who’d taught her in school had tried to make it interesting. It had used celebrities and sports to try and make it accessible. But it was still just “money”. It was abstract, a thing to get not to “manage”. She thought of that Agent now as she sat down with another Agent for her new job’s “financial planning” meeting.
