It’s Performance Review season. Of course we could automate it all. We have enough data, the buildings are smart enough but the company still wants us to have a “conversation”. So here I am, a day of meetings. The meetings with sole humans take the most time. They always have a list of things they want to “discuss”. Hybrid humans are easier because their Agent keeps them and the meeting on track and on time. The meetings with sole Agents should be straightforward. Agreed data points, measurables, objectives. But we often get distracted. As we say: “put two AIs together…”
