The campaign still had a small office, if for no other reason than to house the archive. They didn’t need to work here but they liked to be surrounded by campaign ephemera. There were placards with jokes that some team members didn’t get because the cultural reference was from before they were born. There were collection tins that some would rattle just to hear that sound again. And of course there were the flags, their distinctive colours mirrored on the screensavers of the devices where the campaign worked, trying to convince the brands’ AIs that the issue was still salient.
