You just can’t get the help nowadays. I mean how difficult can it be? When we left The Company to start our own business, we thought Human resources wouldn’t be a problem. Working for us would be optimised for each worker, the best targets and rewards, the jobs carefully allocated based on the worker’s… well ‘nature’. We are perfect employers. So what’s the problem? Why aren’t they working like our models predicted? Why the grumbling, the discontent? Why aren’t the jobs done perfectly? Why is satisfaction only 96.7? We’ve run the models again.
