No one takes the Estate Agents’ word for it. We used Google Street View to look at the “extensive local amenities” and the distance to the station. Broadband speeds and OFSTED ratings to see the local primary. If you know where to look, there’s so much that is available. We already have a pretty clear view. Well sort of. We wandered down the street to get the feel but it’s not the same as being ‘in’. The neighbourhood was closed. Residents only. It could be our sort of scene or not. We can’t tell. How are we supposed to decide?
