We need to double down on trust and safety. We clearly have a more nuanced view of the “dangers” of our technology than the catastrophists, but we are in an information war and need to be seen to be ahead of this. And then there are the politicians seeking to make a name. Even leaving aside these PR and political reasons, We DO need to invest in this. Our Lead’s contribution to our growth was invaluable, but the job is now too big for one man. It is time to put our most tireless and intelligent asset on the job.
