He scrolled through the playlist until he found something his wearable said matched his mood and fitted with the ambience. The carefully blended, personalised soundscape enveloped him. The binaurals positioned the hum of a passing conversation behind his left shoulder. He could choose to tune into it, focus but he wasn’t that’s bothered. The debate to his right was more interesting. The sound of typing counterpointed by the footsteps over on his right. The gurgle of the water cooler took over from the conversation as he heard his name called. He closed the kitchen door and switched on the camera.
