I have to say, things have improved. We cut them some slack over the pandemic – heh we were all over the place too. But after, we really needed them to be on the ball, particularly in terms of communications. We’re not a demanding client I’m sure. Yes we do want changes and sometimes those are later on in the process but… We do demand open communication channels. We haven’t got time to wait for responses. And they’ve heard us. Now they respond pretty much instantly and they seem to know so much more about us than they used to.
